A therapy with stunning efficiency and a question that most men will soon be asking themselves...
Are you over 50? IS your vitality, fitness, performance or shape in decline?

Most people still believe that eating better and moving more is the way to a good figure. Well, for some people this may work more poorly than well, but it is not a recommendable way. And this is easy for everyone to understand if we take a closer look at the functions of the human body.
Let's take a man over 50, and let's say he is athletic, works out hard and eats right. But somehow from the age of 50 onwards, things start to go downhill in small steps. Over 50, your fitness, your vitality, your well-being, your drive and, of course, the shape and the looks of your body are declining. Of course, we aren't getting any younger... Not getting younger as the days pass by, but what's behind it?
Well, the decisive factor is the changes in the hormonal balance, and here in particular the drop in testosterone levels, but also the decline in the release of growth hormone, our most important hormone for regeneration and cell renewal. Yes, and what would the pharmaceutical industry be if it didn't have a solution for this, and that is testosterone replacement therapy, or TRT for short. And the advantages are gigantic: more muscle mass, less fat, more strength, more stamina, more self-confidence, more motivation, more charisma, a significantly better immune system, significantly faster recovery and regeneration, anti-aging - a slowed aging, more sexual charisma, a better potency.
The fact is, your hormone levels affect your figure far more than training and nutrition can... So it's no wonder that in the US there is a real hype about TRT. Yes, in my experience, when I talk to people my age - here in the US - TRT is almost the new normal. Everyone uses it - for understandable reasons.
You cannot buy enough villas, Ferraris and private jets that it comes close to gain in your quality of life compared to what happens, when you are optimizing your hormone levels!
But unfortunately, there is a risk of dependency. If you've been on the stuff for a while, there's no going back. Otherwise, there is a risk of the exact opposite effects: And that turns the advantages into serious disadvantages: accelerated loss of muscle mass, increased accumulation of fat, loosing strenght, hardly any stamina, little self-confidence, demotivation, no charisma, a weak immune system, long recovery and regeneration phases, premature aging, no more sex drive, even impotence. So maybe you should think twice, before you embark on that road of no return...
So when I talk to guys my age, guys that are on TRT or even CHRT they go like: “Hey, great body. You are on TRT, aren't you?” And the moment I firmly shake my head and say “no, no way”, I am met with a look of disbelief: "How come you are looking better than me...?”
Well, I think I do have a different attitude towards drugs: For me, medication is only an option for the most extreme emergencies, and any consumption of medication should be avoided at all costs – And I would recommend that to everyone. And there is a strong reason for that, and that is, hat drugs destroy your body-mind connection. And this starts with simple things, everyday drugs like painkillers and Aspirin. Trust me, it's not worth it, not in the least!
With the right strategy, you can top the results of TRT with little effort.
In the picture above, you can see the well-known podcaster and self-confessed TRT user Joe Rogan and me, both aged 52.
If you are over 50, or if you are interested in how it all comes together, then I recommend my book BODY! Comes easy! But different!
