Trapped in the diet hoax?

We see the same body on the left and right. What's the difference? Basically none...
Have you ever started a diet or tried to lose weight and it didn't work? Congratulations! Your body is still functioning properly...

On the left and on the right, we see the same body, on the right in its normal state, on the left in a state of emergency with a starved fat cell. We can observe this effect of this insane diet concept best in bodybuilders, cause these are the guys who take losing weight, dieting or even starving to the extreme. And if you ask these guys, what´s coming off it, you always get the same answers: The days and weeks before a competition I was so worn out, I was lacking so much energy, that it was hard for me to get out of an armchair. Well, everybody gets what he is asking for. But for us it is important to really make ourselves aware, where this crazy diet scheme comes from. So, we see it with bodybuilders, fitness athletes and Hollywood, of course. Well nothing to take as an example that comes from there, of course. So as always, we see best, what it´s all about, when we look at the extremes, cause here we can observe the effects best. So let´s check out bodybuilders. Many a girlfriend is really worried, when her best half is approaching contest time. For sure reaping havoc on the body is hard to watch, if you are talking about a loved one. So these guys they are really hard to handle during that phase, and of course we can attribute some of that to a 20 fold level of testosterone, compared to the healthy individual. But whatever. So after starving comes the competition, and after those competitions, we can regularly see these guys stuffing themselves with anything they can get their hands on. And you would not believe the amounts, even if you got an overweight problem, eating is your hobby and you are weighing in at 400 pounds. Well having covered a bit of fun, let´s get right to the point, and that is the Jojo effect, these guys and gals are facing. Sure, this kind of approach is the best strategy to gain fat. But with loads of Test in your bloodstream, sure some of it turns out to become musclemass. But these guys, they love it, cause what they love most is running around feeling absolutely pumped. The question however is: Are you out for the same? So let me guess, that ain´t what you are looking for. If it is not your goal to go on a weight loss diet once or twice a year and then gain weight again, then you should keep your hands off concepts that tell you that you can lose weight permanently with exercise and diet. These methods are downright stupid, when it comes to bodyfat. So, going into such a diet, your fat cell remains the same only one time it is in it´s normal state and the next time it is in a starved state. But the real problem comes afterwards: Each time you play this starving game, you teach your fat cell to change his neutral state into a somewhat bigger fat cell, cause that is the message you send. So you see how frigging crazy that ist. What you need to do instead is, to use the right triggers and send the right message and that is a completely different strategy.
